How Summer Film School works

This course is limited to 20 students. You will be working in teams of five to write, direct and produce your own short film. Each day consists of morning lectures, networking lunches and afternoon workshop sessions, teaching you all the skills needed to become an independent filmmaker. Three evenings are devoted to practical classes on Budget and Scheduling, DSLR filmmaking and Special Effects.

You will also take a two-day Hands On Directing Masterclass with industry director, Patrick Tucker.

And you won’t be working the entire time! We include several excursion trips, including a tour of the HARRY POTTER STUDIO TOUR at London’s legendary Warner Bro’s Studio.
